I enjoyed the helsinki area. Apartments were clean inside and lovely decorated. However, on my final night in apartment I was broken into my apartment by armed burglar who had got into apartment and cut wires and managed to do it at ease. I was confronted by an intruder at 2am in my apartment in pitch black. Lucky he ran out of the door and into the corridor and I then had to wait for police to come. The police contact forenom who wanted me to stay in same complex where I just been broken into for the last night, I then left and stay in the Hilton in helskini airport. The police said the security for the apartments was not safe and I should claim compensation, despite reaching out to forenom twice they have not answered my despite. So stay here at your own risk.

The property is conveniently located. Very calm neighborhood. All necessities in the apartment for cooking etc. Bed was uncomfortably soft and needs to be renewed.

Great spot and very convenient for groceries and small cafes. My only complaint is I found the heat in the building very low. It was very cold throughout my stay but I did have enough blankets to keep warm. Otherwise, very happy with the place!

Convenient and nice
Very convenient, you'll get a code to entry to the apartment by four and that's basically the check-in. Clean, modern and perfect if you're planning to cook while your stay. Neighbourhood is very nice and by a walking distance from nice spots in Helsinki. The only con is that there's no free parking anywhere nearby. Would totally recommend!

This was exactly what we expected. It's value for money, close to the city. It was clean, I really liked the keypad entry as we arrived quite late. It served us very well, not a fancy place, but comfortable bed and pretty quiet.

The property did not send key code to us in time, so we were unable to check in, we waited outside the property for more than one hour.We need to pay extra money to call IDD and time to talk to the property because there was a no front desk property. It was a terrible check in experience. Property location is very bad.

Convenient and comfortable
I have stayed in this location before. It is very convenient when you need to get to the Central Railway Station or even the harbour - both are about 15 minute walk. The apartments at this location are very comfortable - with new furniture - sofa, airmchairs, bed and a table with chairs. It's all very spacious, gets good natural light and it's all kept clean and modern. The only drawbacks were: There was a broken chair which was however removed the very next day when I was out The kitchen table didn't seem very stable - it moved a little bit when pressed. It should be replaced I wasn't able to purchase early check-in online which would have helped as I was arriving about midday - however my code arrived in an e-mail an hour before my scheduled check-in which was helpful. The only downside was that it wasn't sent by text which I understand but as far as I remember, last time I could purchase by text Overall, this is a very convenient and guaranteed quality stay. There also also amenities you can use in the building like sauna etc. Last but not least - the heated towel rack in the bathroom was great and also the heated flooring. However, the shower curtain didn't leave much space. Shower wall would have been a better solution I would definitely recommend this - especially considering hotels prices in Helsinki - this is definitely decent value for money!

I like the place quite and good location, clean and comfy but I don’t like no one there to welcome the guests and it’s hard to communicate by email or online coz it’s hard to get WiFi in the public but other than that I did enjoyed stayed in their hotel...thanks!

I really wish I can stay longer. Next time in Helsinki, this will be my second home! It's away from city center but still close enough. And it's in residential area. Therefore, would have a feel of what locals do.

A spacious and clean apartment in a quite area. A good distance from the centre to walk but there is a tram stop nearby. The apartment had everything you need to a short stay over.

This aparentment is for single use.
The apartment is small, but clean and well organized. The main problem is that the bed is suitable for one person only. There is a pull-out mattress, but it might be good for a child, but not for a couple.

Location was "adequate" (20 minute walk to train station, Tram stop on Line 7 closer). Room was "adequate"... What was NOT "adequate" is this property's check-in procedure... When things go according to plan you are not to receive your check-in instructions (access code) until 4:00 PM... When there is an "issue" (with an Internet connection, WiFi availability, etc) you may not get any instructions at all... Or in my case after two phone calls, I finally received the E Mail instructions by 5:15 PM... To not be able to check into your "hotel" by 4:00 PM - at the earliest - and to have this aggravation when you still don't have a room by 5:00 PM made this stay kind of disappointing. GREAT city, very nice people, NOT the most welcoming hotel check-in procedure. Would only recommend this property to people who are okay with not knowing if they still have a hotel room at 4:00 PM. The experience can be (is) kind of unnerving... (Finally, my last several correspondences with Forenom - on line - are all in Finnish, so I'm not quite sure what they are telling me about this disappointing stay...)
