"It’s a tired property that is in good need of an update/upgrade. Because its dates the era it was developed obviously didn’t care for sound proofing. We had 3 people booked but only 2 towels (for one night we just used one of our beach towels) The Seaview room we booked was was in need of repair so we got put in a golf view room for 6. "We liked this hotel very much even though the room was rather small and cozy. Check in was very easy as the gentleman in front knew it was us checking in (given we landed on the last flight of the night). Again, our room was small but it had everything we needed. The shower is a shower stall in the middle of the room which was unique. Our room had a balcony (we were on the 2nd floor so not very high up) and we had a nice view of the Grande Plage. "I was in Biarritz for just one night and this was an awesome place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
