"Loved the size and quality of the aparthotel! Never stayed at a place like that. The price compared to hotels nearby was excellent; great value. My one complaint is a disappointing communication regarding check in. I was told I would receive info prior to 4pm. By 9pm I asked for instructions. Was told I would receive them shortly. Around 10pm I told them again I didn't receive instructions. Finally I got the instructions. The actual check in was easy and smooth once I had the info!"

"This is a very good option for staying in Nashville. It is a safe, walkable area near the hospital and between Vanderbilt and Belmont. Some great breakfast dining options nearby (walkable) though fewer dinner options. This is like staying in a nice apartment of a friend who is out of town and lets you stay there. "Had a good stay. Walked to locations downtown. In the 2 bedroom suite, the only bathroom is in the main bedroom which could be a problem depending on how many are staying there and what their relationships are. Aside from that, all was good!"

"This is definitely a new experience. No concierge desk which I’ve never tried. But the value of the room was amazing. I loved the full kitchen and washer/dryer. The room was very modern and clean. I will say I wish there was more food closer for those quick trips to eat, but the main area of downtown Nashville was a relatively short walk. "

"We enjoyed our stay in Nashville very much. I was hesitant as the agents and front desk were all virtual but they communicate quick and thoroughly including pictures with check in instructions. Beautiful room and very comfortable along with the lobby/entryway. We stayed one night but could definitely see ourselves staying for a more extended amount of time. Hidden gem for sure, great price. "Great location which is easy walking to many local attractions, dining and grocery stores.Would have liked blackout curtains in the bedroom, the see-through blinds did not allow us to sleep in. A bit of road noise from the highway, however the ceiling fan provided good white noise. The unit could use a deep cleaning to remove the mold in the shower and dirt in the corners. The on-site gym was fabulous. Would stay here again when back in Nashville."

"Placemakr was a very newage industrial property. Every room had a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. There is a very nice park across the street which was great to walk my dog. Just a 5 minute drive from broadway. I used lyft everytime and my highest ride was $12. Will definitely look to book with them on my next trip"

For example we ended up being 45 mins early for check in and we had to sit and wait in the cold with our bags because the time to pay for early check in had already passed. "You cannot beat the location! Steps away to Broadway, several places to shop and eat. Codes at the doors made you feel very safe. We had a great time! There is a loading spot very close that I wished I had noticed before I parked in the garage because it was hard to carry everything even though the garage is only a block away, so take note of that before you park!"

"We had a great stay at the Hyatt House Nashville Vanderbilt. The hotel was clean, inviting, and offered excellent value—especially compared to other nearby options. The room decor was modern and well-kept, and we appreciated the variety of room layouts available. Service was friendly, and the free breakfast buffet was better than expected. The hotel bar had a lively vibe, making it a nice option for an evening drink. Parking was just okay; while there is a garage, we wish there were more handicap spaces—only three were available on the first level and they were a bit hard to secure. Location-wise, it was ideal. Quick and cheap Uber rides to downtown, but without the downtown prices. Plus, there are several great dining spots within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!"
