"Terrible experience. The agent told us YOU did not communicaye our booking and that she never received it. We had to find other accomodation , at exhorbitant prices, because we had no choice. This is the busiest time of the year. Did you communicate my booking. Did she mess it up? Im extremely unsatisfied. We now sit in a little house far away from the sea, at an exorbitantly inflated rate."

"Not a “cottage” as expected and advertised, but an apartment in the middle of the town. No sea view. No TV ( previous tenants had run off with the controls we were informed). No food - had to drive back 25km to the nearest restaurant! However very comfortable, clean and roomy."

"This was truly a piece of Heaven for us. Waking up laying in bed seeing the sunrise with those views were such a treat. The home was beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities one would need. The golf course was beautiful and we enjoyed the wildlife while we were there. "We initially felt unsafe here . This was probably not a fair assessment- it was based on how we felt that day . We did leave the hotel to stay somewhere else as I was feeling anxious. We return the next morning abd the staff had been really worried about us . They had explained that security was very high . We were taken about about how much they cared . If you are looking for a place to sleep 4 I would consider this - we were just 2 and we found a place that suited us better. However, we...

"We stayed one night on our travels along the Graden Route. Host Michal was super helpful with organizing check in and the making recommendations for sights and dining options in the area. He was gracious, friendly and so welcoming (and his amazing photographs adorn the walls!) The suite we had was on the lower floor (nicely decorated, not super roomy but well-appointed with a very good bed and linens) so we did not have a patio/balcony but there was a nice area upstairs in the main room with a beautiful deck offering great views of the sea! This is where breakfast was served...which was included and homemade and delicious! We did walk to dinner (a bit hilly but not terrible) which is always a desirable option for us. Overall, a really great place to overnight in Mossel Bay. We wished we could've stayed longer. "

"Upon arrival at the hotel we received very nice welcome from Charlotte who was more than helpful and friendly. Charlotte is excellent at her job. Hotel was bought this gorgeous views and incredibly well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants luxury ,gorgeous views and a great staff."

"A wonderfully curated property, with so many unique features. You can spend all day exploring property and learning about the history. Fantastic staff, who couldn't be more welcoming, friendly, helpful and accommodating if they tried. Would've loved to spend longer, and would return at the drop of a hat. If you get the chance, make sure to stay here!"
