"This is my second time staying here and it is always my go-to when in the Newcastle area. It’s conveniently located and there is ample parking in the multistorey across the road, of which you have to pay a small fee but that’s expected when staying in a city centre hotel. My room was absolutely huge! The bed was comfortable and the evening meal and breakfast were excellent as always. The staff were great and couldn’t do enough for you. Perhaps the bathroom could do with a deeper clean but overall I love it here and can’t wait to come back."

"Really nice hotel. Perfect location for the Arena - 10 minute easy walk away. Car park is also very convenient ( park on level 10 as it's direct access to the hotel ) Room was very nice and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. "
