"The property and the location were second to none. James gave us recommendations of places to visit and some local eateries. The bedding and towels was very luxurious - bath sheets and lots of pillows! There were throws provided to cover the sofas so the dog could sit up with us too. "Stayed at Two Cottages with my family and friends were at One Cottages! Our Cottage was really distinctive and both tasteful and comfortable plus the location right next to the beach was a real bonus. We were only there for a 4 day/night break but it felt a lot longer and James the owner was there to welcome us and was on hand if there was anything we needed (thanks James). Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking!"

"A delightful cottage, that has much more room than you imagine, it is in an excellent location to explore the North Norfolk coast, with a lovely garden that our Grandson and dog ran around all day! . There were 4 adults a toddler and a lively dog, but we never felt ‘ on top of each other’ and had a such a great week we have already booked to go back. "
