"This is a dorm room, plain and simple. A marvelous price for a short summer stay in downtown Toronto if you're ok with simple, and with student neighbors. It was quiet during my visit. There is access to a large, all-gender bathroom down the hall with many sinks, toilet stalls, and shower stalls. Parking in a U of T garage is available 2 blocks away, costs about $30 overnight. One must sign up online, instructions are given at check in."

"Ace was a nice hotel for part of our Toronto stay. We had the large room with a bath and a window seat. The best thing about this hotel is that it is across the road from the best food hall that I've ever been to. You won't go hungry here. My partner and I found it quite frustrating that the lobby bar / couches were always taken by people working in laptops when we just wanted to enjoy a coffee or a cocktail. "This was a step you in service for me. Hotel staff was super professional and accommodating. Paid parking but easy. Tje room was excellent but the mini bar is not free. I love the bath and shower combo. We didnt have to call down for anything. Dining downstairs a plus and china town 15min walk helped with food options. I'd go back for sure. Its worth the 2hr trip across the border. "

"Normally when I stay in a hotel, there are a few things I am disappointed with. During this stay, everything was pefect. I loved the warm water indoor/oudoor pool. Swimming with a view of the CN tower and the city was anazing. All staff interaction was nice. Wish we could have stayed longer."
