"The staff at this location are the stars of the show. Also the night staff at Locke Broken Wharf especially the junior on night shift. Unfortunately for us there was a burst pipe half way through our stay (obviously things happen outside the hotels control) however the staff handled the situation exceptionally and we had no issues onwards to the Locke at Broken Wharf. "I saw many horrible reviews for this property and was a bit skeptical of staying here. But it was actually really lovely. The rooms are small but it has everything you need. The bed is comfy the shower is nice. The tv has many channels. There is a fan, hair dryer, small complimentary toiletries, coffee making facilities and a mini fridge.
