Beautiful 3BR 2BR Villa, Keyless, WiFi

ATTENTION: If you like dealing with really kool owners, and not going through an impersonal agency, if you like friendly service and very reasonable rates, you have come to the right place. Just imagine, waking early to scoot across to the beach for an early morning walk, or perhaps you prefer to sleep late, the choice is all yours, you'r on vacation. But waking up in the Master Suite at Island Thyme is a real treat. We have blackout curtains if you want to sleep in, we also have a Keurig and mini frig for total convenience. We have bragging rights as the only Master Bedroom in SeaScape with a Mini split air conditioner to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter, it's amazing!The covered balcony off the master is the perfect place to enjoy a hot coffee in the morning or a nice glass of wine in the evening, the beautiful water feature in the lagoon is the perfect background for either. Now, If you enjoy cooking, or want to save money by eating at home, you are in luck, with our fully stocked kitchen and propane grill on the deck; I love to cook and have made sure that you have everything you need to cook that special meal at home.
It has been said Hilton Head has the widest beaches along the east coast. Our villa is close to the front of the complex, so making the trip to the beach is no big deal, and, we have a cart with beach toys galore for your enjoyment, we even have a few beach towels and beach toys. Flat Screen smart TV's in the family room, and every bedroom, video game console, open floor plan, full size washer and dryer. Beach accessories, books, magazines, and Island information provided as well as 2 salt water pools on site. Seascape is located on a beautiful 55 mile bike path and Hilton Head's best golf courses are only a short distance from the villa. Shopping and Dining in the Coligney plaza is a short walk. This villa is Gorgeous! Begin years of memories at this spacious villa with so much to offer.

There is also a Private Pavilion and walkway to the beach for our guests. We will provide you with the information to access the clean and convenient restroom and dressing area..

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS, no exceptions and ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/VAPING in the Villa. Thank you for your cooperation with this STRICT policy. Smoking is allowed on the patio and balcony.

We totally enjoyed the villa. The AC worked great on all floors in the 90 degree weather. We cooked out on the patio some nights and ate out at near by restaurants. The villa is an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and near by shops. Everything you need is available in the villa. We had a great time.

Family get together
Our stay was wonderful. The condo was perfect for our family- privacy for all and the back deck was wonderful sitting out with all the shade and beauty of the Island. Beach access was not too far and we rented bikes and were able to go so many places on the Island. Christie was an amazing host and communication was so easy with her. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! One of our favorite stays in Hilton Head!

Fun break at the beach over the holiday weekend
We had a great time at the house. It was a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The house was clean and well updated with small details that made the stay enjoyable. The host seemed very interested in making sure we had a fun and safe time.

Another Great Island Thyme Stay!
This was our second time staying at this property and once again the property and location exceeded our expectations! The owners are fantastic! We have stayed at this property several times now. It’s amazing. Everything is as described but better. Christie is so kind and easy to work with. We love the master suite on the 3rd floor and the balcony is amazing looking over the lagoon. Is so relaxing and a short walk to our favorite beach. Our grandson enjoyed walks looking at turtles and the pool. We plan many more trips at this property!!

Amazing location & condo!
We spent 3 nights here and just loved the condo and amenities. Christie and Mike were attentive hosts and their place is so comfortable and well supplied. Short walk to the beach, Harbor Town and Coligny were close and the Piggly Wiggly is not to be missed. Amazing Hosts
Working with the hosts of this property was such a delight. They were incredibly communicative about the property and any information that we would need during our stay. The configuration of the rooms was perfect for our family, with a "kid-friendly" room on the middle floor and another king size bed in a large bedroom right next door. The top floor was a primary suite with balcony and large bathroom. Our group consisted of one family (with kids) and an additional couple with no kids. So, having two (almost) primary bedrooms was a great set up. The property provides lots of beach necessities, including an easy to carry and set up umbrella that we were glad to have since we did not have our own to bring. Lots of spare spices in the pantry also. The location was not a far walk from the beach, but it also (obviously) was not right out the door. The property was only about a mile from the Coligny area, so was super convenient to everything.

Seascape is a must-stay!
We had an amazing stay at Christie’s place in the Seascape Villas! Christie communicated so well throughout the whole process and answered any questions we had! The villa is a short 2 minute walk to the pool and a 5-6 minute walk to the beach. The villa was very clean, well-stocked, and nice and cool in the Hilton Head heat! The AC unit in the 3rd floor master was a treat and the bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up in the morning! We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo a short walk from the beach
Christie was amazing to work with, and this condo was terrific! It was clean and well-maintained, and provided all the kitchenware you could possibly need in order to prepare meals for the week. The location was also great....right near Coligny Plaza. It was roughly a 5 minute walk, so we enjoyed strolling the kids up for dinner. Also a simple 5 minute walk to the beach (mainly just through the complex and across the street). We also absolutely loved the pool! Would definitely recommend this condo for a family.

We had a great stay in Hilton Head. The villa was perfect size for our group (3 adults and 2 kids) We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was a little further than we expected, but it wasn't bad. We loved not having to bring beach chairs and umbrellas, the villa came with everything we needed, including a wagon that made it easy to carry all our stuff. The beach is fantastic, wide flat sandy area, relatively shallow, and great waves to play in. We loved being able to walk or ride bikes to Coligny plaza. The beds were comfortable and the Villa was clean!

Amazing accommodations and host!
We had a wonderful stay and vacation for a week in Hilton Head. This was our second time over the past couple years and we enjoyed even more especially with our accommodations. Check-in was easy and our host Christie was in constant communication. Once entering the villa, all areas were very well maintained and clean. The entry way is a bit tight, but opens up at the 2nd level. As compared to a previous stay, you can see that the owners have appointed very well without going overboard and cluttering the place. The kitchen was one of the most well stocked kitchens I've seen, with enough plates, silverware, etc. for an army :) It was very nice to have all the appliances to have breakfast and lunch a few days for our two families of 8 people. The grill off the deck worked well and the deck area had a nice area for us to hang out. The rooms were large and had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and having laundry at both levels was great. Was super convenient for us throughout our stay to have clean clothes. In terms of the pool, we went almost every day and it was a short walk off the deck. The beach was a convenient 6 or 7 minute walk across the street and a cabana was available for bathroom use. The property is about 10-15 min walk from the main Coligny plaza area. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would certainly recommend anyone to stay here. We can't wait to return in the future!

Everything was wonderful! Great host! The property had everything we needed for our small family group, was clean and has great outdoor space in the complex to enjoy. The kiddos enjoyed everything especially the amount of animals... small, large, land and ocean that they could see... including a mermaid. Great memories! The unit was a short walk to the beach with a complex cabana bathroom as you exited the beach - that was a big plus. Having all the beach supplies (chairs, wagon, toys) available was amazing and saved us so much space in our automobiles by not having to bring our own. Loved the bike and walking path at the entrance of the property and it's easy access to nature, shopping and dining. Only had time to touch on the amount of things to see and do. Great Spot and Great Place!
This was a great place to stay. First of all, the host was very friendly. We talked about thirty minutes the week before we arrived and she gave us lots of great places to go. You are located about two minutes away from the breach if you bike ride. Also, you can bike ride about ten minutes and you have access to a great park for the kids and tons of shops and restaurants. The house itself was very clean and the host thought of everything. We are very pleased with our vacation.

Very relaxing vacation
We had such a good time here. The rooms are clean and big and it was fairly close to everything. We walked to the beach with our 2 kids (2 and under) with no problems. The bathrooms next to the beach made things a lot easier as well. Can’t wait to come back!
