Beautifully Updated Home Just a Few Minutes Walk to the Beach!

This completely updated and customized home will be perfect for your next family getaway! Amenities abound and all the comforts of home can be found in this luxurious beach contemporary vacation rental!

The kitchen is large and chef-inspired with its gleaming granite countertops, custom-designed cabinetry and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. This home has two fireplaces and dining areas as well, making it the perfect place for family and friend get-togethers. The first bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has two full-size beds. The third bedroom has one full bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. Each room has its own private bath. The kitchen bar seats three guests.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the formal dining room seats eight guests comfortably. In addition, there's a breakfast nook near the kitchen which seats six more guests.

This home has a fantastic outdoor entertainment area with covered sitting areas and dining decks, as well as an outdoor kitchen, grill area, pool, and lounging area. You may never want to leave. It's also just a short walk to resort amenities and to the beach via Port Tack.

The beach can be easily accessed by a short walk or even shorter bike ride.

The pool can be heated (June 1 - October 1) for an additional fee.
No pets are allowed at this property.

Palmetto Dunes is five stars!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I knew from the beginning of the rental process I was in good hands with Katelynn as the rep. We went back and forth with a few emails and in a matter of a couple of days, we had the house we wanted along with civilized tee times at the three golf courses. The house was stunning and the golf amazing. Katelynn made sure the check in center knew the names of the guys coming so that no matter who got there first, that person could check in and didn't have to wait for me. I needed her help a few time during the planning process and after we arrived and she was always there for us. Hilton Head is an amazing place and Palmetto Dunes is a cut above. I highly recommend staying and playing there!
