"Every year around Father's Day a few of us dad's get away on our motorcycles. This year we planned to camp at Pipestem State Park, but due to the predicted excessive heat wave we decided to rent a cabin or house. We found this one that fit within our budget. It had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to fit our needs. The house was neat and tidy and had all the amenities we needed. Especially A/C. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the home offered a nice rear deck and front porch for relaxing."

"We loved the river access and the kayaks were great fun for the kids. The host was quick to respond to all communication. The only issue we had was no air conditioning downstairs. The kitchen was downstairs and our kids slept down there. It was super hot. We purchased a fan which helped, and by morning it would cool off. Cooking in the kitchen really heated up the downstairs. "This house is awesome. It was one of the nicest VRBO houses that I've stayed in. There was attention to detail and everything was included! The only negatives is that while the house is super nice, the area around it is not great and run down.
