"I absolutely loved my stay at the citizenM hotel in downtown Chicago! The location was unbeatable, offering easy access to a variety of stores, restaurants, and the beautiful riverfront. "Check in was easy and quick. All staff were friendly, efficient, and had knowledge needed to give me the support I needed. I stayed on a non-smoking floor and rooms/hallways had no smoke smell. Casino floor had non-smoking areas but still had significant smoke in air. Holtel right on water and easy access to river taxis. Location was central to many entertainments. Beds were comfortable. "
