Disappointing, honesty. Especially if you see the hyped pool pictures of this place and think the rest of the resort is as good. The room we stayed in (standard, one level) was poorly designed: door to hallway lets in noise, a/c is constantly on and blows directly onto bed, weird creaky bed platform, and a glass enclosed toilet area with a door that does not provide privacy. Also, in addition to the instagram snap-happy people in the pool, you’ll get some noisy tour group hordes. We stayed here 4 nights and expected better. That said, as we walked around town, I didn’t see any obvious better choices.

Great hotel, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, very nice rooms. My only comment room and bathroom though clean, bathroom, could use a little more for a 5 start hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel
