The Space:
This two-storey residence boasts 4 well-appointed bedrooms, each designed for relaxation, including a master suite with a queen bed, TV, and a deluxe ensuite. For fitness enthusiasts, the lower level includes a gym area with a weights station, treadmill, and rowing machine. Getting Around:
The house has off street parking for 2-3 cars. If you prefer public transport, nearby bus services will deliver you to Hobart’s CBD (Downtown) in about 30 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
