"It is in a pretty setting, the village is beautiful, the location is not the easiest with one bus trip per hour but the service was spectacular! Our only regret was that there was a problem with the hot water for the showers a few of the days. But the customer service and breakfast and dinner buffets helped us to forget any inconveniences we experienced. I would love to go back and stay on vacation. "

"I found this hotel last year, on my first trip to Hamburg. The staff is lovely and the hotel beautiful. I love how simple it is. The beds are super comfy too. The train into the city is just outside the door, but honestly it’s about a 20 minute walk to the city center and a safe walk at that. They have always been accommodating and helpful, even had my room ready early. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"Beautiful hotel in a great location. Rooms are large and luxuriously decorated, with extra large beds. One of the best properties of our trip. Could not recommend highly enough for a great stay in Hamburg. 5 stars for sure!"

"Wonderful stay, I preferred staying here than at Hamburg city. It was very cheap price but the standard was extremely high. I also like that public transportation is very close for travelling anywhere in Hamburg area. "

"Zimmer im Untergeschoss, musste ich erst lange suchen da schlecht schlecht ausschildert. Alarmgesicherte Nottür war angelehnt, es hätte also jeder hinten reinkommen können. Der Staubsauger braucht einen neuen Filter (basiered auf der Sauberkeit des Bodens) Kein sicherer Weg vom Flughafen zum Hotel."
