"The check in time is very short but the keys are prepared and information was clear so I could check in without a problem. My room didn't have AC so it was quite hot when the temperature was around 30 . The pedestal fan was very helpful but not enogh. Overall I liked the place. "

The lady who answered the phone sent email begrudgingly and really didn’t want to help. Her response was well if you don’t like it you can ask for refund! "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We couldn’t have been any closer to the main square. It was a good base to explore the chateau’s, vineyards and caves. The swimming pool was lovely. The host was very attentive and helpful "

"Amazing value for money and location. Really well equipped apartments, spacious balcony and comfy beds. Kitchen didn't have any spare space for storing shopping to make the most of the self catering aspect, but we worked around it. Our apartment overlooked the car park but in fact, it was really quiet, not overlooked by other guests and our balcony had a grear view of the fortress."

What made it so great was the warmth of our hosts Didier and Patricia, a most welcoming and generous couple. Didier was so concerned that we understood how the heating system worked (we really needed it!) that he came in twice to check that we understood it. And we also benefitted greatly from gifts of fruit (peaches, apples, figs) and vegetables...

"Nice hotel, good layout with parking and easy access to the hotel on the outskirts of Tour, the front of house staff were very friendly and efficient, nice entrance with a bar and restaurant and breakfast area, the hotel seems to be new and in very good condition, the rooms were excellent with a good layout, very comfortable bed, nice shower basin and WC, especially liked the mini kitchen, fridge, sink, microwave, kitchen utensils, was excellent to prepare a snack. "

"I absolutely loved this hotel . From the moment we checked in with the friendliest of welcomes the staff were fantastic. We parked opposite the hotel . The room was gorgeous with a view overlooking the loire. It was a superior double and was simply fantastic for the price we paid. A short stroll along the river front takes you to bars and retaurants. I would not hesitate to stay here again. . The bar prices were very reasonable too. We will definately come here again"
