"Cleanliness is ok but the condition of some room facilities needs constant inspection. Situation: my daughter was trapped in the shower room because the rubber seal on the glass door is in poor state causing it to jam so tightly that it is not able to open . Fortunately, l was able to hear her call for help and had to call service manager to get maintenance crew to force open the door. A very embarrassing situation."

"There are lots of dining places near the hotel. There are several supermarkets and convenience stores. Walking distance to the Fortress Hill MTR. Excellent view and the front desk staff are super helpful and friendly. The only downside is the beddings were not clean as I got itched all over my body. "
