The rooms aren’t very big but have everything you need i.e: a bed, bathroom, fridge, toiletries. The neighborhood is very quiet and is a 5 minute walk to the subway entrances. Walk a little more and there’s a shopping area with department stores. The staff was very nice!"

"Great hotel close to Otsuka Station, which was great to access the Yamanote line (JR lines). Although the rooms are small they are comfortable enough. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We used the baggage carrier service to get our baggage from Tokyo to Osaka which was great and highly recommended. The only negative thing I would say is that we wanted a late check out which they did accommodate but charged 2000 yen an hour which was double what the same hotel in Osaka charged 1000 for....

"This was one of our numerous stays at the hotel. We love the location, the view over the Sky Tree (you can't beat that) and the good service. However, some of the rooms really need to be refurbished. The new payment system (through a machine) doesn't go well with a hotel of such standards and it is confusing. The staff had to come and assist so why not pay at the front desk? And... whether it is your first time staying there or the 10th, nobody seems to have a record of it. It is always a bonus...

"My boyfriend and I stayed in the Superior Twin room. It’s got a traditional tatami-style bed and a futon bed so it’s more spacious than most hotel rooms in Tokyo. Very comfortable, and the hotel is quite well-maintained. We also found the really nice rooftop garden on our last day! The hotel is in Asakusa which is a great place to stay even though it’s a bit touristy.
