"Signs of aging like the paneling on the door in the bathroom, the pool was a joke, not sure what I got for the $35 a day amenity fee, the hallway on floor 11 smelled llike bug spray at times. The staff were great tho."

"We had a bumpy start here but our stay and experience was turned around after dealing with the hotel manager Angelica. Her quick and swift response to our situation was greatly appreciated. She was able to rectify the situation and turn the experience to a really great one for us. The hotel was clean and was in a good location. The cafe wasn’t the greatest for us at breakfast but when we went during happy hour, the drinks were quite good. It’s in a central location, close to the beach and in the heart of the shopping district. The parking is quite pricey and there was a bit of confusion with the wording of the Expedia deal but management could also see that the wording wasn’t super clear and this was feedback that should be passed onto Expedia. Overall I would recommend the hotel, despite our hiccups at the start, I felt Angelica’s quick response was a great turning point for us. Her understanding and commitment to making the situation better was a testament to her position and the value she adds to the business. Thankyou again for making our stay a good one. "

"Loved the hotel but would have appreciated 2 beach chairs per room instead of one. Other hotels we’ve stayed at loaned us 2. Option of a beach umbrella would be nice also. "

"Traveled here alone and felt safe the entire time. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about things to do and try. Drinks were phenomenal everything was phenomenal! So sad that I had to leave 😢"
