Great private duplex in Manoa
The duplex was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. It's an older home with character. We enjoyed our stay. Nice to be out of the noise and traffic of Waikiki.

Perfect stay
The home was neat, cozy, comfortable, and provided everything we needed (mostly in the kitchen and TV-related). It was in a quiet neighborhood convenient to everything we wanted to see and do nearby. The property manager was attentive and thorough. We would definitely stay there again if we are back in town.

Cute little place
Really enjoyed the stay. Beautiful patio, great living room, peaceful neighborhood and close to all major attractions. Everything was a breeze. Could be better: - having a lock for restroom

Home away from home
Perfect place to stay with family, especially if you have littles. Unit was clean and just as described and communication with property manager was easy, quick, and reliable. Only downside is if the upper unit is also being occupied during your stay-the main bedroom, below the staircase can hear everything.

Town stay
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was nice, the stairs were alittle steep; and the "night" lightning needs turn on faster and stay on longer.

Hawai’i Getaway
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a much needed family vacation and the house was a great home away from home. I loved being in Manoa where it was a nice getaway from the hustle of Waikiki but still close enough to everything we wanted. We had issues with the Internet and the staff was great in trying to resolve the issue. In the end it made it perfect being able to just unplug for the time we were there. We loved easy access to the beaches and H-1 to get us everywhere and I would highly recommend this to anyone that wanted a quiet and convenient getaway!! Mahalo for a great 10 day vacation!

Home away from home
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is in a quiet neighborhood, with friendly and considerate neighbors. This is a lower unit - with stairs for access. Unit has 1 small parking spot, but additional street parking available. Very homey feel, and the porch / lanai a favorite place to hang out. Kitchen has many of the basic necessities for cooking. For ingredients and some basic pantry items - a grocery run is required beyond salt and pepper. Carpet in dining room stained and in need of cleaning. Bathroom newly updated and has a great shower. Plenty of air conditioning units available, or open the doors and windows for great air flow. Grocery store and dining options less than a mile away - easy walk or drive.

Great neighborhood spot
This cozy spot was perfect when moving my daughter into college. We didn't want to stay in Waikiki and this was perfect. Communication was easy with Amanda. The unit was clean and location was perfect.

Great Location but has needs
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and it was quite comfortable. However, it has some needs: many steps and no handrail to grip going down to entrance; step to lanai is same color as decking and an easy trip hazard; no instructions on how to operate TVs; many VRBO units have more kitchen/cooking supplies that this unit; lighting in closet was not working properlyl and most doors did not close well - e.g. it was difficult on the entry door to punch in the code correctly. While this unit has considerable general maintenance needs, it is still a good property for anyone who is comfortable with many steps - some not so obvious. Perhaps the upstairs unit is a better choice.

A gorgeous view in a great location
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so delighted by our stay here. The location was excellent, we loved being able to walk to a great coffee shop and grocery store. I went on morning runs to the Makiki valley trails, it was beautiful. When we were driving up to the house, we were trying to capture a picture of the rainbow that was resting on top of Manoa Valley. We couldn't get an unobstructed pic, but were happy to have it welcoming us. When we arrived at the home and went out to the lanai, we could see the entirety of the rainbow spread out over the valley. The home was very clean and comfortable and we would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome view!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was even better than I expected! Great convenient location in Manoa only 10-15 minutes from Waikiki and our family in Aina Haina. We really enjoyed the outside space and having laundry and a parking space were key! There were beach chairs, towels, and toys available for our use which was a nice touch. Our daughters (ages 13 and 11) loved the setup in the second bedroom with its secret door and curtains. It probably wouldn't work well for little kids or two couples though. Tall people will have to watch out for the low clearance in the master bedroom and closet. The property manager was very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Stay in Honolulu's Downstairs Unit!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had the pleasure of staying in the Honolulu downstairs unit for a week, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The location of this unit is absolutely perfect – it strikes that ideal balance between being close to nearby attractions and town amenities while still maintaining a peaceful atmosphere that doesn't feel like you're right in the midst of a bustling city. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking view. Waking up to such an amazing vista each day was a treat for the senses. It's clear that this unit was thoughtfully designed to take full advantage of its surroundings. This marked my second time choosing this accommodation, and I can confidently say it won't be my last. The consistent quality and attention to detail make it a standout choice for future visits. I'm already eagerly anticipating my next opportunity to book and experience the magic of this place once again. In summary, my stay in the Honolulu downstairs unit was nothing short of excellent. From the convenient location to the stunning view and the promise of returning in the future, it's a five-star experience through and through.

Beautiful views and cute neighborhood
This little home was a lot bigger than I expected! Great space, good amenities, cute historic details and beautiful views from the large porch. Two full and sizeable bedrooms worked great for our family. Only downside was all the stairs inside that inspired the toddler to climb around. One of the beds is essentially lofted and has to be climbed into.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The location was perfect- close enough to Waikiki but quiet with a great view. We loved exploring the coffee shops and poke shop nearby. Was plenty of space for the 4 of us, and the outdoor space was incredible. Can’t wait to come back!

Would stay again
Only complaint was the initial musty smell (but we also realize this is an older Lower level home) but we soon realized that once we arrived and fired up the air conditioner the smell went away. Upper bedroom was super cold at night which we LOVED and with the fans the whole u no t stayed pretty cool! The Lanai was amazing and the view of Diamond Head was even more amazing. We had a couple of cockroach sightings but not any more than anywhere else we have ever stayed in our multiple trips to the island. I felt like we had everything we needed and the upstairs guests were so lovely and kind. 9/10 and would book this place if we return again. Close to University of Hawaii where our child goes.

Quiet neighborhood
This property is nice to get away from the city life. It was a bit too old for me. It’s a bottom unit that you have to take stairs down to. The bedrooms are a bit odd and small, very stuffy. They do have AC units and fans but I still felt like I was in a box. One of the bedrooms smelled of mildew. When we got in one of the AC units was leaking and the management and owner were really good on making sure it was fixed right away. The outdoor shower is great for those beach days.

Loved this location outside the hustle bustle of Waikiki with stunning views of Diamond Head & Honolulu city lights! Enjoyed the peaceful, safe, friendly historic beautiful Manoa valley neighborhood. Accommodations are very comfortable, homey and roomy with a great porch! Lots of beach supplies available too. Only downfall is you can hear the people walking around in the upper part of the house. Would definitely come back & stay here again!

Beautiful Area and Views
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Manoa is a great place to stay. I grew up on the islands but moved away after high school. It's very quiet and serene and the views from the patio are spectacular. Parking is premium so don't plan on additional cars except for one. The stairs to get to the front door are a little steep so be prepared. The motion light is a bit delayed so you need to make sure it comes on before you head down at night. Although the patio and living room are very comfortable and could seat 6 - 8 folks easily, not sure where they would park to visit. Rooms are comfortable and unique and suited the visit. Layout exactly as you see in the photos. The property was very clean and well maintained. We would certainly consider this again if we plan another trip there.

Comfortable unit with great views away from tourists
My mother and I had a lovely week staying in this unit. It is spacious with a great deck where we were able to eat most meals, even in December! The neighborhood is residential and quiet but stores, restaurants, and the University of Hawaii are only 5-10 minutes away by car. There are stairs down to the entrance and a few stairs inside the unit as well, so this would not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues. There is another rental unit above this unit and occasionally you can hear movement or muffled voices from the upstairs guests. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our stay and there is access to a washer/dryer as well. Management was very quick to respond to all my questions. I would certainly consider staying here again.

Beautiful quiet property
This place was so wonderful. From the bedrooms to the kitchen to the outdoor patio overlooking Honolulu it just made you feel relaxed. This property is quiet and away from the major hussle and bussle of the downtown area but close enough to go get groceries or other items. So glad we chose to stay here this added to how great our trip was.
