"Overall the hotel was charming, however the staff were not warm, it felt like I was bothering them when I needed something. For example, when I checked in, I was supposed to get a wine tasting voucher for a nearby winery and they did not give it to me. I had to come in and inquire about it later. The worst was the parking situation. The hotel does not have its own parking area and you have to find your own and pay. The hotel is cute and charming. The staff need to work on customer service...

"We reserved a king suite. We knew it was right off interstate 84 but thinking it was a new build that it would have more soundproofing. The first night was awful with the semi’s driving through our room, didn’t get good sleep and the bed wasn’t comfortable. They sent a text asking us how our stay was and I said not good. They asked what they could do and I said that the room was so noisy and they switched us to a room with a king bed facing the river and it was so nice and quiet! It saved the...
