Hoover Dam Tours and Activities

The property is very clean and the staff are very professional. My only complaint would be house keeping. I stayed in the hotel from Wednesday to Sunday. Two queen beds for my husband, myself and my toddler. The room was a little dusty and the tub had some stains in it. The first night, I pulled off the covers to get into bed and there was crumbs and a food stain on the sheets. Obviously the sheets had not been changed. I called house keeping to request a full service for the morning and they brought fresh sheets that same night. The next day, no one came to service our room. I called again and requested service for the following date (Friday). We left Friday morning around 8am ( there was someone from house keeping cleaning a room a few doors down) and didn’t get back to our room until about 1:30pm. Our room was still not serviced. House keeping came to our room around 2:30p but by that time my toddler was taking a nap. All in all, we never received full sevice and I would have appreciated if there was more communication when I called the staff and requested service.

The smell of cigarette smoke seemed to linger everywhere—not just in the casino but in our bedroom, the hallways, and nearly every corner we visited, leaving me with a slight headache. While the Club Lounge staff were friendly, their service was nothing remarkable. The food they provided was marginally better than the breakfasts offered at roadside motels during our travels—and that’s saying something.

We like the spacious room and friendly staff. We don't like the smoky smell inside the room.
