Step into the fabulous back patio adorned with beautifully landscaped grounds and a private pool—a secluded haven where you can bask in the peaceful ambiance and relish in your own slice of paradise. Upstairs, the master bedroom balcony offers peek-a-boo views of the mesmerizing Sea of Abaco, allowing you to catch glimpses of breathtaking sunsets in the distance.

Conveniently located near Firefly Resort and centrally positioned on the island, Liney's Lookout provides easy access to town via a short golf cart ride, ensuring effortless exploration of the surrounding area.

The upper level boasts a master king bedroom and a second twin bedroom, both complemented by en-suite bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy. Downstairs, a pullout couch provides additional sleeping space with a convenient half-bath.

For added convenience, the home offers access to a washer/dryer for an additional fee. Guests can request use of this amenity at $75 for one day or $300 for the week, ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Awesome stay!

Our Stay
ONLY issue was in the neighborhood……our cart was chased by an angry looking dog which caused us to our side of the loop and not the smoother road on the other side of the loop. This house is a perfect location, mid point between town and Seaspray marina, next door to Firefly and only 5 minutes to Abaco Inn. “Private” pool is nice if you ignore the security cameras on the outside of the house. The washer/dryer is a bit unreasonable at 75.00 for the day. We WILL stay there again.

We have a very large family and most were staying at a resort very close by but couldn’t accommodate us all so we booked Liney House for extra room. It was great. Convenient to beach, hopetown, stores, and local restaurants.

Wanted to mention a few things that need attention : TV gets no channels, not sure if the service was turned off, or if something was unplugged. No hot water in the guest bath sink. Shelving in the refrigerator needs repair, it makes it difficult to place things in there for fear they will collapse. Need more weight on the base of the outdoor umbrella, even a moderate breeze will tip it over if opened. There should be a mention of the surveillance cameras in the listing, in case someone has issue with their presence. None of these are deal breakers, just wanted to bring them to your attention.

It is surprisingly well laid out for a small square footage. The space is very well utilized. Very large patios give lots of outdoors space to entertain. The location is great and it easy to get to the grocery , restaurants, bars and beaches. The property is very clean and well maintained. It was nice to see that there was an ample supply of the basics, soaps , toilet paper etc. The property manager is friendly , reliable and helpful. I reduced the condition rating because the VHF radio didn't work (this is your phone basically on the island). I reported it and they never did take a look. Pool pump was broken so the water was a little stagnant. Other than those items the management company was responsive and very friendly. We rented a golf cart for the week and it was nice cruising the island on it. Over all very happy with our stay and the property. We are considering renting it again next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 4 sailed from Florida to Elbow Cay for the singer songwriter festival called Songwriters in Paradise. It was our first time coming to the island. We were welcomed by so much beauty and friendly people. A nice man from the property management company generously picked us up at Firefly and took us to Lineys Lookout. Driving into the driveway we saw how adorable and private the home was situated off the street and surrounded by flowers. We checked in and found that the home had everything we needed for our family of 4. We ate out most meals but found the kitchen to be stocked well when we did cook. The back deck is huge with plenty of seating around the pool and a nice outdoor grill. The up and downstairs porches were lovely to have our morning coffee on and wine in the evening. There is a short walk down to the ocean and a nice dock you can sit on. It's a great sunset spot! If you plan on traveling to this island, I would recommend renting a golf cart early online. We tried to rent when we got there and all carts were unavailable. We ended up renting bikes from Firefly Resort which is a 10 min walk from the house. This was fun for all of us and a less expensive mode of transportation. Only at night would it of been nice to have a cart. We had super meals at Firefly Resort and On Da Beach Bar and Grill. There is one convenient store and one grocery store. Groceries are pricey but it's worth buying a few meals to cook at home. We rode bikes all over the north part of the island through adorable little streets with beach cottages and small stores. The tidal pools and beaches on this island are fabulous! We did a dive trip with Froggies Adventures one day and had an amazing time. Chris was a great dive master and we had clear visability for our dive. Saw beautiful tropical fish, a full and stunning coral reef and a huge spotted eagle ray. Our family only stayed on the island 3 nights and we would definitely recommend Lineys

Great to have the community dock just down the hill from Liney's Lookout for loading and unloading each day. The pool is great for end of the day cooling off. Awesome morning breezes for coffee on either of the two front porches. Short golf cart ride to Hope Town. Groceries are even closer. We spent every day on/in the water. We visited the pigs, swam with the sting rays, sharks, and turtles. We caught tuna off shore by Bakers Bay. We enjoyed swimming the tunnels through many of the reefs. We visited Nippers late on a Sunday to miss the craziness. Sunsets at Grabbers during the week were fantastic. Junkanoo at SeaSpray was fun. A Coconut Ice cream cone is a great way to cap a visit to the beautiful white sand beach, over the hill, east of Hope Town. All in all, it was a great visit. Thank you.
