I am aware how difficult it is to run a profitable business particularly when tradesman have to come from Kaikohe or Kerekeri. However in Room 33 there were some minor maintenance issues which if fixed would improve ratings especially from overseas visitors.The first was a missing catch on one of the overhead windows, the second the need for replacement of the sealant around the bath which has been affected by mould, and might be interpreted as dirt Thank you for passing this message on to the manager"
