You won't be disappointed by this renovated studio condo. The floor plan is open with the entryway setting the tone of a breathtaking view of beautiful Lake Hamiliton. Bright colors inject a playful personality to create a space that will take you away from the hustle and bussle of the world.

1 bedroom, 1 bath comes with studio kitchen that includes an oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishes. Sleeping arrangements include a comfortable queen bed. Relax and stream your favorite TV show or sports , with WiFI. Our adorable condo has great views and the perfect place to fish off of the deck.

The complex has a huge swimming pool overlooking the lake and lots of green space. Two swimming docks and picnic area create a great outdoor space that is an extension of indoor dwelling.

Laundry facilities are located near the condo and 1 covered parking space is included.


Whether you are in Hot Springs to enjoy the live horse races, or gaming at Oaklawn, conventions, hospital business, museums, lakes, fishing, Magic Springs Water Park, Garvan Woodland Gardens, or a honeymoon we have a deal for you.

Pet friendly (1 dog, no puppies) with house rules. No dogs over 12 lb. All dogs must be on leash when on green space.

Anniversary Celebration
Our condo was nestles in a community of separate small condos. It is a peaceful quiet community. We had a beautiful view of the lake, which was right outside our condo. Even though we were 20 minutes away from the historic downtown district of Hot Springs, it felt so remote and peaceful. We spent 5 nights and enjoyed every minute of our vacation. We would definitely recommend this cute little getaway to any couple headed to Hot Springs.😁

Sweet little condo with beautiful views
The condo was just perfect for my husband and I. Cozy and cheerful with bright colors interior. There is a pool for the complex and access to Lake Hamilton by way of floating pier. We enjoyed both. Fridge and oven but no dishwasher. Dishes and cookware limited but adequate for two. Security gate and condo access convenient. We loved it and will be back!

This little condo is just what we needed for our first time stay in Hot Springs. It is so centrally located to all the sites we went to visit. After a long day of touring, it was nice to come back to the condo and just sit by the window and look out at the lake or take a nice walk and sit by the lake. It was perfect for our needs and that of our little Pommie.

Lovely Decor and inside was very clean with amenities.
Pictures were slightly deceiving, referring to how far the lake is from the condo and no outside private space. The property could have been cleaner, by the lake trash was tipped over and beer cans all over, As well more information about the size would be good. As well the property had no lights on the street leading to the entrance gate.

I ended the long weekend relaxing at this property! The size was perfect for myself. I enjoyed being right on the water. It was an easy 15 minute ish drive to downtown Hot Springs. The windows at this location are a plus but be sure to bring a sleep mask if you’re not an early riser.

What a sweet little get away. It's cozy and adorable. The view is great. I loved all the windows. The hosts are so great. They have all of the basics in the kitchen, lots of extra blankets, bedding and towels. Special little touches. The dock and sitting area down by the water is nice. We had a rainy holiday, but the covered sitting area was great and just relaxing and looking at the lake. It was very quiet and clean throughout the whole area. We appreciate your hospitality so much. Thank you again!

Perfect Lake Getaway1
My husband and I traveled to check out the area as a potential retirement location. This condo was in a perfect location to let us do that, while enjoying the beautiful lake views and docks. The condo is very bright and clean. The bed was comfortable. The AC was on and there were ceiling fans that helped, too, as we were there when it was 95 degrees or hotter. The kitchen area and bathroom were small, as you'd expect in a studio, but were just enough for the 2 of us. We did not make use of the pool but our vacationing "neighbor" kiddos said it was awesome. We were a little unsure of which patio we could use, and patio furniture was sparse on both sides. Instead, we went down to the dock. This condo does not have a porch/deck attached to view the lake without going out and around the house. Again, not a big deal for us. I just took my morning coffee on down to the dock with us. I'd certainly stay here again!
