You are less than a 3-mile drive from Garvan Woodland Gardens, and less than 10 miles from Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort and horse races. Lake Catherine State Park, Hot Springs National Park, Hot Springs Mountain Tower, Timberwood Amphitheater, and Mid-America Science Museum are also nearby. When you book this well-appointed retreat, you are granted access to Farr Shores' entertaining on-site amenities, including a seasonal outdoor pool and a tennis court. Because this home is on a dead-end street, there is no boat traffic in the area.

Spend entertaining evenings barbecuing on the large lakefront balcony and then enjoy your delicious grilled treats at the dining table with an impressive backdrop. Inside, this air-conditioned retreat enjoys a welcoming living room with a smart TV with cable and streaming services to keep you all entertained during your stay. When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron, surprise your guests with your culinary skills, and prepare an exquisite homemade meal in the well-equipped kitchen. This retreat also features a wet bar and a washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The pool is closed seasonally during the winter.
Though there is a boat launch ramp at the condo, Lake Hamilton is lowered during the winter and guests will not be able to launch boats until late March.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Security camera details: Please note that the availability of our pool is seasonal. The pool opens each year in observance of Labor Day and remains open until Memorial Day. Guests planning their stay outside of this period should be aware that the pool will not be accessible. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
