"Everything was great except the parking. Had a great time, we went ice fishing and just hung out in the cabin. The amenities were great, they had everything we needed. The parking is on a steep incline and is enough for about 4 vehicles. I'd suggest 4x4 for the winter. Overall great experience. "

"My husband and I wanted to have a weekend away for ice fishing. Cabin is in a great location close to the lake. Beds are very comfortable and there's a nice wood stove (gas) to keep the cabin warm. We weren't able to fish on Higgins due to ice not as thick as we'd hoped but we were able to fish on Houghton Lake. Fish we caught too small to keep.
