Nice Stay
The check-in & check-out was very easy. The home was easy to locate. It’s real close to a major freeway. A lot of restaurants around. Inside the home, it had all the basics you need when it comes to a bed, table, tvs, couch. Lots of space for the family to move around. Communication with the host was great, immediate replies. Some recommendations: 1. Provide more bath towels 2. Have a welcome binder with basic instructions (Wi-Fi, local business/attractions, checkout process, etc) Overall great experience would rent from Phillip again!

Very Disappointed
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. I chose this location specifically because I was scheduled for surgery and needed a quiet place to rest afterward. Initially, I was pleased with my choice, especially because the owner was accommodating with an early check-in. However, upon arrival, my experience quickly turned negative. I was appalled by the noise from the construction of the apartments directly in front of the unit. This was extremely disruptive, especially considering my need for a peaceful environment to recuperate. Additionally, we encountered significant difficulty finding a parking spot. Despite being advised to park on the street, there were no available spaces due to the presence of numerous construction workers. We had to send a message for clarification, and it was only after the cleaners working in the garage moved their car that we were able to park. Upon entering the unit, we were immediately hit with a wet, moldy smell. Fortunately, I had brought an air freshener, but this should not have been necessary. Moreover, the bedroom and living room floors had dead bugs, the bedroom door would not close due to misalignment, and the ceiling fan light contained several dead bugs. These issues made my stay far from acceptable, especially considering the cost for one night. I urge you to inspect this location as I feel my money was not well spent. I look forward to your response.
