A 3,200 sq ft fully furnished gorgeous, sunlit, completely renovated Riverside Terrace home MINUTES from downtown, the Medial Center, Herman Park, Museum District, ZOO, Rice U, etc. It has spacious living area, four bedrooms, four full baths, and a beautiful large private fenced back yard. Every bedroom and every outside door has a YALE smart lock for added security and privacy. The master bath has a jacuzzi.
Cleaning and/or breakfast and/or laundry services are provided for an additional cost.

Lucky House Stay
This house is in a quiet neighborhood and the property is well maintained. We were looking for 2 rooms in a hotel for 2 nights , and decided to see if we could do better with a Vrbo. We were Lucky to find the LuckyHouse available. Spacious rooms, clean, quiet, updated and a great value with reliable communications with the owner end to end . Our family recommends this property for your enjoyable stay.

Work in Houston
I brought down a crew of 7 people and needed a large place to keep us all. This was a great place; the house was very spacious and updated. The amenities were great, and it was very well stocked. I cannot say enough as to how this was just what I needed. It was conveniently located close to the downtown area. I have a return trip in a few weeks and hope this property is available again. I will defiantly book it again.
