Toilet was clogged the entire stay . Everything was unplugged. Microwave didn’t work . There was not soap or shampoo both dispenseries were empty. Rooms were not cleaned up when we left and towels were not replaced. -10000/10 don’t recommend

The service and stay was terrible. Worse of all my stay with any other hotel. When I got to the facility, they ran out of single queen size bed but the manager refuse to give me another other with a double queen or a king and indicated that Expedia over booked. It’s Expedia fault. They sent me to another facility and I have to paid for Uber. The service was just poor and unprofessional from from a management level. When I got to the other facility, the elevator wasn’t working and my room was on the 4th floor, I have to walk the stairs every day. The carpet in my room had stains. The floor was not clean. I found piece of stuff on the floor. There were no room service provided. They did not come to clean or change out the bath towel. I would never stay there again nor would I recommend anyone to stay there.

Check in day staff were careless and unprofesional and delayed all customers till 4pm to check in ,and claimed that rooms are not ready to leave at 3pm and turn all the work to the only one evening staff who was struggling to check in more than 5 customers.

It was a very bad experience first they gave us a booked room we walked in on someone else then the water was shut off in the morning then when I asked if we can have a late check out hoping for water to be turned on the said no your check out is 11 you have to leave also noise in the bathroom fan broken lights smelly room
