The little house had everything we needed and was very clean. We were able to adjust the temp for our comfort. The place had a neat little yard for us to take our dog out. "Unfortunately, the house is in complete disrepair, not maintained and dirty. The mattresses are like sleeping on wood. The lawn and patio had not been mowed or weeded for at least a month. The owner did respond immediately to questions or issues that arose. The view is amazing."

"We arrived to find that our “luxurious cottage” was a cabin in a trailer park, trail of dog poop brought us to the door. We don’t mind rustic but moldy coffee left in the maker and someone’s soap in the shower was just the start. I paid for it and slept on the couch cushions on the floor. We made the best of it for our friends birthday but no privacy, no wifi and didn’t even get the cottage in the picture was enough for me. View was nice tho. "

"Sprawling and fascinating house full of lovely furniture and objects, so well equipped for vacationers with many lovingly constructed inside and outside spaces. The kitchen was lovely and very well equipped, and the dishwasher worked well though it was very tiny so we had to run it after every meal. The very long catwalk to the dock and gazebo is just remarkable, lit at night with tiny string lights there. Two kayaks and two paddleboards were fun in the water. With the air conditioning on...
