"Keri ann was rude, disrespectful and not friendly or understanding. She shouldn't be at the front desk taking care or lack thereof, customers. She was not knowledgeable or articulate in regards to company policies and procedures. Parking rules should be displayed at the front desk and on third party sites, this way the customer is aware and can make a informed decision whether or not they want to patronize this location."

"Loved the fact that the manager was not afraid to step in and offer customer service. The front desk attendant was checking someone in and he greeted me immediately to start the process. "The Royal Regency is a great economical place to stay...clean, comfortable. Friendly staff. Special kudos to Hector at the front desk...he went above and beyond in being helpful to provide additional coffee. There is a restaurant on the premises...good food, good prices...and kudos there to my server Andy...excellent, friendly service. Good included breakfast in the morning with two helpful ladies. Overall good experience! I will stay again!"
