"This hotel is right in the heart of Times Square so it is very loud outside. Once inside, it is quiet in the rooms. The bathroom has beautiful fixtures and is very clean. We parked our car overnight and the valet was very quick to retrieve it. I’ve stayed in several hotels in NYC and this by far, has been the best one in midtown. "

"Very good stay, even though the rooms are small it’s still very comfortable. Only complaint is the bed was pretty hard and I didn’t realize there were amenities fees but that’s kinda on me lol"

"I loved everything in this hotel. They were friendly and we wanted to drop off our bags at the bell desk to go and look around and they actually let us check in early. They were accommodating to our needs. The bar closes early only down side but the drinks were delicious and the bartender very friendly. "

"The location of this hotel is fantastic. We had read a lot of reviews about the lifts but were fortunate that we never had to wait long for one. Breakfast was ok, the cooked part was not great in my opinion but the other options bread/bagels/waffles, yoghurts and fruits etc were good. The room size was fine, there were 3 of us, my son slept on the pull out bed, it was not comfortable at all and for this reason we wouldnt stay at this hotel again."
