"The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful, accommodating our early arrival and scheduling a large taxi to transport five people and lots of luggage to the airport. Breakfast was great and included pastries, proteins, and fresh fruit. The location worked out well for us, as it was walkable to many tourist sites as well as nearby local restaurants. Rooms were simple but clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Boutike Cibeles. The location was perfect for walking to see Retiro Park, the Prado museum, and the San Miguel market. There are also plenty of restaurants near the hotel as well. The master suite was large and spacious and having a kitchen with a washer was also very helpful. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. "The location is perfect for the metro which is steps away. It is easy to use and feels very safe. Restaurants and groceries are very close. Everything you needed was in working order and included a small starter pack for washing machine and dishwasher. It is on a busy street so regular city noises can be heard. "We had a great stay at the Eric Vokel Boutique Apartments. The check-in was very staightforward and the apartment was immaculately clean. Had we arrived before the check-in time there are lockers to store your belongings until the check-in time. There was everything we needed and more and the location was very close to the train station. Also very close to a metro station and nice cafes around to get breakfast if you didn't want to eat in. An excellent place to stay"

"Great property and location; however, when booking with Expedia single room, they rooms are located on the side of the building that needs to go stairs to get to the elevator and the rooms are very small. I had to switched rooms the next day to the right side of the building with elevator. Also, property is a little noisy, wood floors don’t help, I hear the room upstairs, but overall it was a great place and very well located. Staff was friendly and they were able to accommodate my request to change room. I will return. "
