"The staff was fantastic. The place is very close to a small beach, Miami Beach. The oceanfront room was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi did not work, we were informed of this at checkin and were asked to claim a small refund with Expedia. The AC was functional but we couldn't get the temp to go below 22C and it was warm in the room. They were fine with the use of pool and beach stuff after checkout.
