Shamrose Cottage - Huskisson

The owners live in the house behind the cottage for most of the year but fully respect guests' privacy during their stay.

Guests have access to the entire house, including parking, a small backyard, and a BBQ, all with complete privacy.

Located off the main road in a quiet spot, you'll hear the waves from your bedroom at night and the birds in the morning.

The house is just a short stroll from the beach, a 15-minute walk to Husky town, and a 30 to 40-minute walk to Vincentia. There are plenty of great walking tracks and paved bike paths nearby. If you would like any recommendations for places to visit, dine, or meet friends, just ask.

We are happy to provide a porta cot and a highchair upon request.

Linen:
Shamrose Cottage is fully equipped with all your bedroom and bathroom linen, however you will need to supply your own beach towels.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge for all guests. However, we cannot always guarantee the signal strength or connection quality, and if it's unavailable, we unfortunately cannot offer further assistance.

Security Bond
A security bond of 500 may be required depending on your method of booking.

You will be advised at the time of booking if a bond is required.

Arrivals and Departures
On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival.

Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found.

50 Bbq cleaning fee will be applied if the Bbq is left unclean after use.
