"I didn't even stay at the hotel because upon arrival I was getting changed an additional fee of almost $100 for a security deposit. I didn't have the $100 so I was not permitted to stay. In addition I am being told that I will not receive a refund for the room that I NEVER stayed in."

"We stayed in this Hampton Inn for the Kansas state high school football championship games. We were pleased with the location as it was a very short drive to the stadium. The morning breakfast was good with warm coffee and juices. We explored a bit of the downtown while we were in town and discovered a few good candy stores and gift shops."

"We reserved a room with a king-size bed. The room was nice. It had a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and stovetop. We used the microwave and the refrigerator. The bed had red and white sheets with a white comforter. It was an attention grabber. The main room had a loveseat and ottoman. It was nice. The mattress is the main complaint. It was well worn with holes (you know, when you've had your mattress way too long, it has a burrow where you sleep). It was comical trying to roll out of the hole...

"Breakfast doesn’t start until 7 AM. However coffee is available 24 hours in the lobby. McDonald’s is just a walk across the street and they open 6 AM. "
