"The property is located in a busy mall area. There is a Chinese restaurant attached. Other reviews mentioned homeless, I did see them at the Tim Hortons across the parking lot (Shell gas station & Tim Hortons are side by side). I had no interaction with them. Front desk locks doors at night for safety which is an added bonus. Overall good stay. Room was a little dirty when we got in (bathroom dirty, hair on bed) but the housekeeper cleaned it up right away when notified. Front desk super...

"I had to switch rooms. My first room had no heat. My second room - the fridge wasn’t on. Was offered an upgrade but didn’t want to switch rooms for a second time. "
