Das Haus liegt etwas ländlich gelegen, aber in 10 Minuten ist man im nächsten Ort, wo man gut Einkaufen kann. Das Haus hat eine Klimaanlage, was bei Hitze sicher nützlich ist. "We enjoyed the space and privacy of this lovely and comfortable villa. Most impressed we were with the care that Barbara and her brother took to welcome us and to promptly help out with some minor issues. The surroundings of the villa are very quiet and peaceful. The pool, veranda and gazebo are great. With the car it is about 15 min to Labin and 25 to the beaches of Rabac."

"We stayed in this holiday accommodation for 2 weeks in July 2023 - parents with 2 x grown up sons and a 5 yr old grandson. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Rooms were very clean, kitchen had excellent pans and plenty of china and the new large TV took an HDMI cable so we were able to watch a couple of English films in the evenings.
