"Absolutely loved our stay at Solana Beach Hotel! The staff is just fantastic, friendly and very attentive! Only suggestions are to have more bins around to leave rubbish and the toilet would benefit a fresh coat of paint."

"The location is great and the entire property setting is beautiful. The rooms are nice and we had a lagoon room which feels even more private. The Japanese restaurant is very nice, overall the food is good. It’s still one of the great resorts in the Indian Ocean. "

"Thank you to all the lovely staff who work here that made our stay amazing. This hotel is located about 50 minutes from the airport. It’s tucked away and great for privacy. "Everything was perfect except miss sheetal at the reception lacks customer service skills. I was a resident of the hotel for 2 nights and on my last night at the hotel my elderly parents who cannot walk comfortably, i decided to accompany them to their room. "Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. "This property really is the perfect hotel. The staff, the food, the view it’s all just lovely. The only negative me and my partner could find was the lack of vegetarian options on the restaurants menus. Staying in other hotels of this this standard they would look to make items off the menu as a vegetarian dish, this wasn’t offered. "

"The flats are next to a very busy road with morning and evening heavy traffic and next to three discos with a lot of weekend night actions and noise. The flats are spacy and awere nicely build but meanwhile lack repair and maintenance and thus appear to be rundown."

"Where do i start. They took me around in golf carts so i dont have to walk in the sun and heat, they had the best staff team ive met in all my life, the food was amazing not a single thing to complain about. The hotel was clean, cool and there was lots of things to do. I was helped mostly by Yash, Rajvir, Sarvesh, Atish, Ben, avi and the house keeping lady. The hotel had a games room and snooker room that i used every night, entertainment every night at the retreat, bar open all day and night and coconut stall. The spa and massage was amazing, quite expensive but was amazing. I did not walk past a single staff member without them greeting me in such a kind way and bowing their heads. I truly felt like i owned the place. The two pools were the perfect temperature at all times and were very clean. Some of the people that stayed at the hotel were very rude to the staff members and i really feel bad they received this treatment. Overall, the hotel was the best hotel ive stayed at with the most friendliest staff ever. The hospitality is unmatched. You will not regret a single thing about booking this hotel. Thank you"
