"I stayed here with my family. We have two young daughters and everybody enjoyed their stay. I found the hotel to be an excellent location on the island close to many amenities but quiet and off to the side at the same time. The staff that worked at the hotel, were all very, very kind and super helpful. Suzie, who works at the front desk even offered to drive us from the hotel to the ferry taxi so we could catch our cruise which I thought was a very nice gesture. If we were to come back to this...

"The knives and fork, the coffee maker, the water heater, they were not clean at all.Spider webs in the corners of the room.The bathroom need to be renovated ASAP. No clear area to dump Garbage. And the fact breakfast is not free is a problem. But the staff was cool and helpful "

"Spectacular place to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, the property is located in the center of Fort-de-France, and the washing machine is so useful for those who are traveling for extended periods of time. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I am in Martinique."

"The room was huge! Separate bedroom, separate bathroom, separate shower, large open concept kitchen, living room. Large balcony with great ocean view. Crickets at night. We stayed one night; before our cruise. Would stay there again. Only downside was we had to check out at 12 noon (which is still reasonable) but our embarkation is only at 5. We could have extended our stay but at 15 euros per hour. In CDN$ that’s quite steep."

"The house is nestled in a hill with lots of vegetation all around. Beautiful and quiet. Moise was welcoming and helpful. It is an adventure to get to the house and we were lost trying to find it. Moise was kind enough to come and find us on the side of the road to guide us to the house. He went out of his way to make sure we had a good time. "I stayed here with my family. We have two young daughters and everybody enjoyed their stay. I found the hotel to be an excellent location on the island close to many amenities but quiet and off to the side at the same time. The staff that worked at the hotel, were all very, very kind and super helpful. Suzie, who works at the front desk even offered to drive us from the hotel to the ferry taxi so we could catch our cruise which I thought was a very nice gesture. If we were to come back to this area, we would certainly consider staying at this hotel again"

"The front desk staff were excellent and very kind and accomodating. However, the bar and restaurant staff were very slow. We were the only ones in the bar at one point and literally had to hunt down the bartender for another drink. The morning buffet ran out of eggs and silverware and dishes. And the patio eatting area isn't large enough to accommodate a hotel of that size."

The villa was even more impressive than what we had seen online. We were also delighted by the welcoming basket filled with local products—a lovely and personal touch. While the kitchenette lacked an oven and had limited prep space, we managed just fine. However, mid-stay cleaning was not as prompt as expected. Although we were informed that the cleaning staff would handle restocking, the villa was only cleaned on the 8th day of our 10-day stay. By that time, we had already purchased the essentials we needed. Despite this, the overall experience was remarkable and memorable. We would definitely book again."
