• Portable fans and extra comforters & throw blankets are available in this home. This home is also equipped with a humidifier for optimum comfort.
• Driveway and garage parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Additional street parking is available for 1 vehicle by the bear box area.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 1 dog, 75 lbs. or less. An additional fee of $35 per day is not included and will be applied upon booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• Guest do not have access to the private beaches but they can access the rec center pool, pickle ball courts, and the golf courses without a rec pass.
• This home has 2 outdoor cameras: a Ring doorbell camera monitoring the front entrance, and a Ring camera over the garage looking out onto the driveway.
• Please note that the driveway is on a slight incline, and 4WD/traction is required during winter months for this home.
