Criticisms: Despite being told we’d receive check in instructions a week ahead & asking for them twice, we didn’t receive them till we arrived & upon arrival, learned that we were in a different unit than expected. "My fiance & I needed to find a place to stay for the night. We were tired, and it was late. The night desk attendant was so nice, personable, and very accommodating to both of us, as we needed more pillows for our bed. We stayed in the ADA deluxe room with a king size bed, and a big walk in shower. It was roomy, comfortable, and overnight price was reasonable. "
