"Excellent place to kick back and relax. Love the multiple pool and hot tub options. Seems like restaurants and bars were abit short staffed. But staff was friendly and hustled. a remodel is due for some new carpet in the corridors. Overall good experience. "

"4.5 stars out of 5 stars. Rooms need microwave and also need a consumption bar (with snacks and chocolate). Food service menu is limited so you need to dine at the on site restaurant for more options. However resort is directly across a plaza with restaurants and yard house is right nearby along with Whole Foods. On site bar the drinks are $14 each with the tax which is typical for the area. Cocktail menu is very extensive for hotel bar. "

"A good value for this area despite the hotel being a bit dated. The room is spacious but you do hear some hallway noise. The sheets could be better, newer. I would stay there again. They make Saturday nights interesting in the lobby with live traditional style entertainment. Overall a good choice for value seeking hotel seekers."

"The person that checked us in was very brass. The man with the mustache and gray hair was good at explaining where to go and what to do and he did it very quickly and didn't care whether we understood the directions. And whenever I made a comment he ignored it very unpersonable and very rude. Other than that everyone else was very kind and made us feel very welcome. You can't win them all!"

"Very good experience overall for the price. The hot tubs occasionally don't work. I would just flip the shut off switch a couple times, and sometimes that seemed to resolve the electrical short in the switch. The pools are not heated - just FYI. No big complaints, though. I would stay again."

"Excellent customer service from the FD agents and breakfast staff (Frank is very courteous and professional! We appreciate his work so much). Unfortunately, there was an incident when I woke up to a strong marijuana smell coming through the AC ventilation, which I reported to the front desk. I know it is not the hotel's fault, and the front desk offered some solutions that I appreciated."

"Everything was great. The only thing that could use improvement is the dining options. The pool restaurant for lunch was great. The market was good for snacks, but I feel like more options for breakfast would be an improvement. Dinner was ok, but not amazing. There are lots of great restaurants close by though. "

"The rooms are great and would benefit from little upgrades like a mirror in the room some hooks to hang your Jackets just little thinks like this. Otherwise the rooms, the resort, the staff and everything are really exceptional and we will be back for sure. Our stay was very enjoyable and fun. Thank you!"

"My family and I spent Thanksgiving here and had a good time. The host was really communicative and there were enough kitchen supplies for us to do our cooking as well as grill! The hot tub and fire pit were also really nice. For improvements, I think the lighting in the place could be a bit warmer to give an extra cozy vibe, and the dining table larger considering the size of the place. It's a bit too chilly to eat outside during colder months. During summer it would be really nice though....
