This splendid home enjoys a quintessential up north location on the banks of the Indian River, which leads into Burt Lake. You are welcome to bring your boat if you would like to experience the river from another point of view! This location situates you within easy walking distance of everything downtown has to offer, including DeVoe Beach, Burt Lake State Park, restaurants, bars, convenience stores, supermarkets, and shops.

Laid-back outdoor living is a reality here. The home boasts a nice yard with a firepit and a spacious deck to host cookouts using the grill and dine alfresco. An in-ground hot tub is located off the deck and is ready to soothe all of your worries away!

Inside, this custom home boasts a spacious and bright open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and wooden accents throughout. The living room is the ultimate gathering spot with inviting sofas throughout and a large TV to keep you entertained during your stay. Here is the perfect place to unwind and create everlasting memories with your loved ones. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
