"Our stay at this hotel was wonderful except for one incident related to housekeeping. Housekeeping cleaned our room while we were present and we observed first hand the person wipe down the shower and floor and then proceeded to clean our drinking glasses with her bare hand. Instead of replacing the glasses they were replaced after this unsanitary action. This was the only disappointing part of our stay. "

"Good: location, room size, all basic needs taken care of Less good: beds not that comfortable, mattress quality was reminiscent of a youth hostel; area is noisy at night; one window did not close properly so the room was noisier than necessary Strange: apparently an earlier guest had removed shelf boards from the closet and put them between mattress and box spring, perhaps to make the bed harder; the boards were still there, maid failed to notice them"
