"The hotel is nice and the room is spacious with balcony. It is two bus stops from Interlaken OST/Interlaken West and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The hotel is in a quite area. "

"Everything is within walking distance from this property. The directions for the washer and dryer need to be updated. We did one load of laundry and it took 5 hours to wash and dry. "

"I had a great experience at this hostel. The atmosphere was very social, and I enjoyed sharing and speaking with the other guests. The kitchen and dining hall were lovely, fully equipped, and became the main place where people spent most of their time. The key card system was also fantastic. My only minor issue was that there was often a queue for the showers, so a smoother system there would have made the stay even better."
