The true Florida lifestyle in a luxurious villa. This subdivision is located close to all amenities and roads to Inverness, Crystal River, Hernando and Ocala.

The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a separate dining room, a sitting/ TV room, open living room and a fully equipped kitchen with access to the laundry room and garage.

It has a wonderful view from the lanai at the pool with high shrubs so your privacy guaranteed. Very comfortable living room furniture, a large open kitchen with a large breakfast bar and high chairs. This home was envisioned to be hosting larger groups up to 12 comfortably!

The living room opens up to the large lanai and pool. The 4 bedrooms are accessible from the living room and the kitchen. The master bedroom is very spacious with access to the pool and a large bathroom with plenty of storage room.

There are two separate bedrooms that share a bathroom with each two twin beds and one bedroom has a queen bed with another (hall) bathroom. From this bathroom you can access the lanai and the pool.

We do charge for the heating fee ($25 per day or a flat fee per month) of the pool.

POOL HEATING is OPTIONAL. The heater is not running continuously and with colder temperatures, there is NO guarantee that the pool will be warm enough.

WHEN requested, the fee is $25 per day. Please ask agent.

The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the laundry room off of the kitchen (and a wash sink is in there as well). Larger garage available for your parking. There is an extra room in between the laundry room and the garage that features some gym equipment, and storage area for your suitcases to be out of the way, or makes a great playroom for kids. The pantry will hold your stock, and allow you to be prepared for your week.

On top of all this, don't forget: we have great weather, quaint stores, small beaches, rivers, the Gulf of Mexico, manatees, 48 mile bike/hiking trail and friendly people. Traffic Jam? Never heard of. The most ideal place to spend your time, play golf, go bike or hike, swim with the manatees, take an airboat ride or hire a pontoon boat to enjoy the local waterways in this coastal county! We have state parks close by, many lakes and rivers provide hours of outdoor recreation, including one of Florida’s top fishing destinations and some of the best snorkeling and scuba diving in the world.

Local arts and entertainment is happening almost nightly in the downtown area, there is the bike/hiking trail as well located within walking/ riding distance of the home. Grocery stores, and local markets are close as well. The natural springs, Rainbow River, and also the Gulf of Mexico are all within 25 miles of the home and easy to commute to. Check your welcome book in the kitchen for a great guide for things to do and all house rules. Your hosts are available practically 24 hours a day so if you need anything please feel free to reach out.
