In a quiet residential area, just a 10-minute walk from Inverness city centre, Ness on the Lane is a stunning period home full of character.

With five super-king bedrooms, four bathrooms, a kitchen diner, and a separate living room, there’s space for the whole family to unwind after a day of adventure. The space
The spacious hallway leads you from the front porch in to a cosy, sociable living room, with a 55” smart TV (with SKY TV including Sky Sports) & a pink period fireplace (please note that the fire is not operational).

To the rear of the property is an open plan kitchen diner with patio doors out to the beautiful garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, washer dryer and Nespresso coffee machine. And the huge dining table will happily accommodate 10 guests. This fantastic space is the ideal place for your group to socialise.

There is also a ground floor bedroom, with a super-king bed (UK size, 180cm x 200cm) & 55” smart TV. A funky bathroom with roll top bath & walk in shower completes the downstairs accommodation.

Original artwork lead you upstairs where there are a further four spacious bedrooms, all equipped with super king beds (UK size, 180cm x 200cm). The bedrooms are all individually styled to add extra interest to this fabulous home. There are two en-suite shower rooms and a further family bathroom, with a walk-in shower & double vanity unit.

The large rear garden is fully enclosed, with lovely features, including a sunny patio area with picnic tables, a ceramic kamado charcoal BBQ grill & smoker and a children’s playhouse.

The driveway has parking for up to 3 cars and there is free on-street parking.

An Electric Vehicle charger (7kV) is also available for your use.
