"Really lovely hotel in a great location, with gorgeous pool area. Service was fantastic for check in, breakfast and rooftop bar. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. We stayed in a standard room which was a little bit dated but it was perfectly clean and a decent size. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Staff were very nice and helpful. We booked it late at night for that same night after check out hours as we didn’t see even though it was clearly written. We showed up and check in was closed but we called the number and a very nice gentleman answered sleepy (it was at midnight) and was very helpful and helped us get the keys even though he didn’t have to. Breakfast was great with such a big variety. We had unexpected drains issue (clogged drain from the shower) room flooded a bit but staff were very helpful and solved the problem asap. Very pleasant stay and very pleasant staff! Need a car to go to the beach or downtown but very good and big store is close by (you can walk) hut definitely worth it! Recommend it for sure"

"The perdon who checked me in was not particularly helpful, however the person who chrcked me out was rude! I asked for a taxi to the bus station, she hesitated, then called one taxi who said he was busy, she did not adk for how long. She hung up and then tried to convince me the bus did not go where I wanted to go. I knew better, butshe thought I was wrong and eventually just walked away from me. The other person working the front desk just looked the other wsy. I had to walk with heavy suitcases for 25 minutes to the bus station and rventually I got on the bus to the place I knew it went. There were no other guests st the front desk at the time. I was treated very rudely by your employees!"
